fwippin’ Lucky Campaign

Brief: To create a low budget mini campaign to drive fwip ice cream pods sales, increase brand awareness and create customer engagement.

Solution: Fwippin’ Lucky. A fun customer campaign that used a scratch card mechanic to incentivise purchases of fwip. The scratch card was offered free with every fwip ice cream and gave customers the chance to win a big cash jackpot or a free ice cream.

A flexible all-year-round solution

Fwippin’ Lucky was designed to be flexible and could be used all year round and with the idea that it could be themed easily for seasonal events such as Easter, Summer and Christmas.

The campaign used simple vector illustrations inspired by the the fwip brand and fun characters based on the flavours of the ice creams. This gave the campaign room to grow and develop when used seasonally.

Customer Portal

To support the campaign a micro site was created for both business customers and for end consumers. The site contained all of information about how the campaign worked businesses and how to redeem prizes.

Driving engagement

A collection of fun social assets were created to be used across fwip’s organic channels. Assets were also provided to retailers to further drive customer engagement and brand awareness on their own channels. Customers were also encourage to tag fwip and share their winning experiences.

In-store assets such as aisle fins, posters and digital signage we also created to support retailers.
